Hughes isn’t a bad manager, neither is Bruce in all fairness. Quality manager’s at smaller clubs, but still EPL quality. But agree, he’s proven nothing in the EPL, in fact proven he couldn’t handle it at Sunderland. Guess he’d personally be under less pressure than Lambert as assistant. But I can only see it being a power trip and Lambert getting run over again.
Yep Bruce and Hughes are the best of a bad bunch and are average managers at best. Apparently keane will still have his cozy tv role and still be part of Ireland set up. So players arnt going respond to a part timer. Dunno, not even sure I believe it. But again, I do think he’s the type of guy to be ambitious, and while I don’t think he’ll be a success and do think he’d be another one to bully players if they don’t listen, I figure something could be happening.
